No Question asked exchange policy – Product replacement free of charge.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal, print the label and post it. You can also drop your returns to a nearby collection centre (Find a drop off location using a post code)

For international Returns – You can post merchandise using a private postage and send an e-mail to returns@mettlecricket.co.uk. We will refund any return postage cost on damaged / faulty merchandise. This policy is not applicable if you have changed your mind or ordered by mistake.

We reserve the right to inspect, and decide if the returned merchandise is eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment card — refunds usually take 10-14 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank.

We are unable to accept returns / issue refunds where the merchandise has been used, lost, damaged or is otherwise not in the condition you received it in.

We are unable to offer a refund without proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to inspect your goods upon receipt to ensure they are what you have ordered. Once goods have been used, it will be considered an acknowledgement that you are happy.

Any damage caused in transit - as a result of inadequate packaging - is the responsibility of the sender. Signing for items that are clearly damaged in transit is the responsibility of the receiver.

You can cancel you order if it has not been dispatched yet.

If an order has already been dispatched you can still exchange or return subject to our T&Cs.
